Maggy Gmyrek is a dietitian who graduated from the Medical University of Warsaw in Poland. She is deeply passionate about healthy food, balanced living and healing through nature’s remedies. With a non-diet approach, she focuses on holistic health and digestive wellness.
Her experience, combined with personal struggles with gut issues, has taught her that understanding your body’s unique needs is the first step to achieving balance, energy, and overall well-being. Maggy’s philosophy emphasises listening to your body’s signals and using food as a tool for healing and nourishment. As Hippocrates said, “All disease begins in the gut.”
When Maggy isn’t working with clients, you’ll find her experimenting with recipes inspired by the Five Elements cooking principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, enjoying warm, healing meals, or soaking up the sunshine on a camping trip.
